About us
Raphael Palacios is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at My Psychiatrist in Hollywood, Florida. He was born in Jersey City, NJ, and raised on Florida’s Treasure Coast, Raphael started his journey in the medical field by serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. After his honorable discharge in 2007, he obtained his Associate’s Degree in Nursing at Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans, LA.
During his nursing career, Raphael has worked in the emergency department, critical care unit, and psychiatry while obtaining his BSN at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He graduated with his Advanced Practice Nursing degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, specializing in psychiatry.
