All of our drivers have to complete an intensive 20 hours RapidShuttle Safety Training
Program. This training program is given by an T.S.I. (Transportation Safety Institute, D.O.T.)
instructor and covers items such as :

Defensive Driving
•Customer Service Procedures
•A.D.A. Paratransit Procedures
•Managing Emergencies

RapidShuttle takes the safety of our customers and drivers very serious and for that reason no driver in our fleet is allow to be on the road without complete our training program and be certified by an T.S.I. instructor.
