Raquel is a highly skilled and versatile Social Worker with extensive program management experience. She holds a Master’s Degree and has many years of success in improving the lives of a diverse range of clients through focused and compassionate guidance and advocacy.
Raquel’s educational journey towards becoming a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) began at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland, where she earned her M.S. in Social Work in 2011. She obtained her licensure. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Delaware State University in Dover, DE, where she was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Her academic achievements have laid the foundation for her impressive career.
