Meet Dave, a dedicated local realtor serving Littleton, Colorado. Born in Fort Collins, Dave has deep roots in Colorado and understands the local real estate market. He graduated from Rocky Mountain High School and attended CSU before a two-year mission in Eastern Europe.
Dave earned his Bachelor's in Finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Joining The Alan Smith Team at RE/MAX Professionals in 2013, he quickly achieved success, earning the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2019. Dave excels at getting top dollar for sellers and negotiating great deals for buyers.
