About us

Founded in 2013, Reborn Audio/Video is a locally owned and operated business that preserve video, audio, film, photo, negative, and slide memories to digital. Thousands of happy customers now enjoy digital memories that have been saved from damage or decay. We relish every story of our customers adventure, family memories, celebrations, and memorials.

Jamey Nordby and his sons founded Reborn Audio/Video and built a state of the art digital conversion operation. From state of the art equipment to streamlined process and one-on-one personal customer service, we have become one of Denver & Colorado’s leading conversion companies. The vast majority of projects are completed in just one week.

Our name comes from a family owned business in the 80’s and 90’s – Reborn Bugs, a Volkswagen restoration business that Jamey’s Dad founded in Colorado Springs. As we began pulling all of the pieces together, Matthew and Michael helped to establish excellence, quick turnaround, and top quality to our services.

Like so many great entrepreneurial businesses, this one started at home – in 2008. With over 200 VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Cassette tapes and records gathering dust in the closet, we learned to make mp4s, and mp3s and put them on a hard drive. Good thing! We had to relocate to a tiny apartment in New York City and this was the only way that there would be room.
