I had an unfortunate incident where the air conditioning unit located in the attic broke causing water damage to the interior of my home. It was an emergency and I didn’t know who to call.
Thankfully, my insurance company mentioned RebuildEx as a firm who specializes in such disasters. Checking their references, I heard nothing but good reports then hired RebuildEx to restore my home. I could not have made a better decision.
I found RebuildEx to be extremely responsive, professional and helpful throughout the restoration process. I had a lot on my mind at the time and they took care of everything, relieving much of the stress for me. Most of all, their craftsmen did a beautiful job making my home look great like before. As it turned out, RebuildEx made an unfortunate situation into a wonderful experience. I appreciate that and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing top quality, experienced help like me.

Last year the Worcester area experienced a tremendous, near-tornado like wind storm that uprooted my backyard tree causing damage to one side of my roof. Thank goodness that a RebuildEx work crew came to my rescue in their emergency service vehicle. They immediately patched my roof to minimize further damage. Naturally, I next contacted my insurance company for assistance on arranging permanent repairs to my home. When they confirmed RebuidEx had a great reputation, I hired them for my project. I found RebuildEx extremely professional with “Johnny on the spot” responsiveness to all my requests. These days it seems harder to find exemplary workers such as RebuildEx has who you can totally trust, feel 100% comfortable with and establish a genuine rapport. Along with the outstanding quality workmanship, excellent communications and jobsite cleanliness, I was especially pleased about their sincere and special people skills. Needless to say, I highly recommend RebuildEx!

When a severe ice storm damaged the roof and bathroom of my home, I was concerned about findIng a reputable contractor following a very bad experience.
Less than a year ago, I paId a kitchen remodeler who left me hanging in the mIddle of my project and then disappeared. A girlfriend of mine had recommended him so I never asked for proper credentials or a written contract Two costly mistakes, for sure.
To be truthful, even after my insurance company adjuster recommended RebuildEx, I was still skeptical, but they certaInly made a believer out of me.

In January of this year, a very large picture window, measuring more than 12 feet by 12 feet and forming the exterior wall of our kitchen, was broken into many hundreds of fragments, exposing our house to the winter elements.
RebuildEx came out the same day I called them, erected the necessary staging, and boarded up the open space. In due course they furnished us with drawings and proposals for three optional remedies. We chose one option which RebuildEx ultimately implemented.
Their skills, attention to details in the design solutions and their workmanship was impressive. RebuildEx’s work crew was at all times courteous as was their care and attention to our convenience and safety. I was greatly impressed with their services and their entire organization. I would call them first in the event of any similar situation.

Last summer my grandma had the worst flooding which just about filled up her whole basement. My mom called RebuildEx and they were there almost immediately, pumping. Then they rebuilt the basement, and WOW, it was so much nicer than it had been before!! Three cheers for RebuildEx! Suzie
