Reform Physical Therapy is a locally and privately-owned outpatient clinic, built upon one-on-one care that treats the individual as a whole, not just the injury. Our therapists are dedicated to their patients’ success. We utilize manual therapy with an emphasis on improving biomechanics and patient education to maximize each patient's recovery and return them to their prior - if not more improved - lifestyle.
