Regency Mortgage Corp. was founded in February, 1996 by Quentin Keefe and Maureen Lemay. Mr. Keefe currently serves as President and CEO and Ms. Lemay is the company’s Sr. Vice President overseeing loan operations. Regency Mortgage Corp. started in 1996 as a mortgage brokerage firm; in the early part of the new millennium Regency Mortgage Corp. opted to become a mortgage banking company, securing warehouse lines of credit and bringing the underwriting and closing functions in-house.
