Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Speaker Installation, Television Installation and calibration, Home Automation, Security Camera and Digital Video Recording installation,
and home networking. Are our main focal point. We also install any and all low voltage wiring and some other electrical work. We are also now offering appliance installation at a very competitive price.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. The biggest thing to look for is a company that truly know and understands our field of work. There's a lot of companies currently out there that can only perform basic installs and don't truly understand the products they are installing. The key is feeling out the prospective company and comparing prices. It's really hard in our field to price a job without seeing it. Three is to many variables to give an honest estimate without seeing what we are getting into.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes we do. We travel to at least 2 conventions per year. As well as training classes for the various products offer. As a small business it's key to stay ahead of the pack.Especially with where or technology is going. It's amazing how capable our systems have become in the last 10 years. And where it's continuing to head.
