What is Reiturn? Reiturn is a public, non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates multifamily properties in the Heartland of America: Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and upstate New York. The fund purchases underutilized properties, upgrades the physical real estate, and improves operations to maximize profitability. Reiturn is an impact-oriented venture that seeks to provide superior service to an underserved tenant population while maintaining affordability. The REIT is managed by Birgo, a vertically-integrated real estate investment and property management firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA.
