About us
Relax and Recover has evolved to include many supportive services to provide true holistic and energetic supports for families. Since it's conception, many experiences have occurred to allow the services of fertility, womb health, labor, birth, postpartum doula services prenatal yoga, quantum light property clearing, herbal supports, breastfeeding support, and Akashic record readings to be provided . As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, breastfeeding support as well as alternative formula options for those in need of supplementation. Yoga and meditation services are offered to help the entire family to create an environment of relaxation and balance to support highly vibrational birthing experiences.
