Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, offer business to this establishment. Not in person, not by phone, not via email or other electronic tool. This shop doesn't want it. They have no intention of offering you anything, be you business or private citizen. The man behind this counter wants you to BEG him to sell you something.
I have never been treated so horribly as a customer in any other place I have shopped. Apparently the shopkeeper is under the impression that because he has a few shoddy machines on a shelf around the perimeter of his store and a faded rack of once-mighty video cards, he is BETTER than us. And if you don't acknowledge it the moment you walk in, he'll make sure you know it before you leave empty-handed.
Let this dingy, spartan shrine to this seller's self-importance rot and fade in the same way the sign in his broken-down parking lot has. He'll never notice.
