They allow drunken parties,bon fires, when you report your neighbors they just say how unbiased they are and how they will allow you to move early. How they are so sorry for your troubles. The apartments are outdated, if you need things fixed they act like your the reason the things broke. We had to move and flee for our lives, even after our neighbors said they would kill us Dykes the landlord still...
