Remedy Appliance is a family owned business that exclusively services Samsung and Fisher & Paykel brand appliances. We are the #1 factory certified service center for Samsung in the Austin, TX area. As appliances become more electronically complex, specific knowledge of a particular brand is necessary for accurate diagnosis and quality repair work. Only servicing two brands allows our technicians to stay up to date on the latest training and technical info not available to other 'we service everything' companies. Our technicians are the only certified ME's (master engineers) by Samsung in the Austin Area. We stock a large selection of commonly used parts and our techs can provide same-day service in some cases and next day service, at the latest, in most others.
