About us
My path to Greenville and Prisma Health Maternal-Fetal Medicine was geographically long. After obtaining medical degree at the Jagiellonian University in Poland, I spent 14 years in the Midwest, training at Indiana University and Loyola University Chicago, and working at both academic and private practice settings.
It was the extraordinary professional and welcoming culture of the group and the institution that attracted me to Prisma Health Maternal Fetal Medicine in 2018. This is the place that welcomes and supports your interests whole heartedly, whether it is clinical practice, research, education or administrative role.
My interests in the field range from ultrasound and fetal anomalies, prevention of preterm birth and treatment of cervical insufficiency, multifetal gestations and maternal comorbidities (with emphasis on cardiovascular disorders) through perinatal quality improvement and business of medicine.
Last but not least, I am delighted to have the role of an educator and the presence in the delivery and operating room with our residents and fellows because even though I chose ultrasound suite as my primary setting, I never tire of seeing the joy new life brings to a family.
