RenGen Labs is a platform that connects investors with issuers of equity tokens and security tokens. The company is based in the U.S. and is owned by the family office, White Bay Group - a hedge fund with over $1 Billion in assets.

RenGen Labs hosted the first ever security token offering for a publicly traded company, Overstock (OSTK) subsidiary tZERO; over $100 Million was raised through RenGen Labs for tZERO alone. Investors are able to come to the RenGen Labs platform to easily engage with issuers and enter into agreements to buy equity tokens or security tokens.

RenGen Labs is led by CEO Emre Okay. Prior to joining RenGen Labs, Mr. Okay was an investment banker at Credit Suisse' New York office in the Global Industrials Group and an investment professional at Fiba Capital, private equity arm of the Fiba Group, focusing on investments in Europe, Turkey and Middle East. Mr. Okay received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.S. in electrical and electronics engineering from Bosphorus University (Boğaziçi Üniversitesi).
