Rent-A-Center in Weymouth is horrible. Never rent from them. The equipment is substandard and by the time you are done paying for it you have paid 5 times what it is worth then it is outdated. They call constantly if you are late. They are as nice as they can be when you go in there but don't let that fool you. On the phone they are RUDE and talk over you. Their furniture may look good but it rips and is of very poor quality. The computers are just shells with no software and no Microsoft - nothing. It is a shell because as they say you are going to be the one buying it why should we pay for it. Plus they are so cheap they crash constantly. Don't do this to yourself. They are a horrible company to do business with so save yourself the heartache and go to Aarons.

Rent-A-Center in Weymouth is not that bad. They have a little bit of a customer service issue, but most places that have such different customers do. I'm not so sure you aren't to blame jeno. I never had a big issue with them. Phil can really be an ass, but he undoubtedly deals with people who don't pay their bill. He's my account manager currently and while he can be rude, he just seems to want to know when you're going to pay. Once o realized that, he never bothers me. Just never pay more than 5 or so days late, and its fine. As for the tv, I had. a neighbor of mine do that with a couch. Pretty sure they're paying double what they should have been.

Rent-A-Center in Weymouth is the worst customer service ever. I rented a TV from them for my cottage and pay them every week and they call me in the morning and leave 3 messages a day on if Im coming in to make a payment. Are you kidding me?? Bunch of scumbags work at the weymouth store.. Phil a piece of shit loser , the manager... scumbag.... The tv will end up on my lawn in a rain storm.. good luck taking me to court for that...
