Rent-A-Center in Rochester is the worst place on the planet to deal with. My Aunt is renting a queen bed from RENT-A-CENTER...MIAN ST ROCHESTER N.H. This bed came with BEDBUGS That's right I said BEDBUGS. We have contacted them several times but to no avail. We rent from someone who owns the building. Its been 2weeks and RENT-A-CENTER refuses to do anything. We have been getting the run around big time. I want to know if this is how ALL RENT-A-CENTERS conduct business. We know for sure the bugs came from RENT-A-CENTER... we have more than enough proof and still 2wks later we suffer with these bugs. What is the problem.?. This is no way to do business. Nor is it a good way to keep business. RENT-A-CENTER, wont admitt that this there bed. Now I smell a cover-up at our exspense. The next step as we have been left no chioce is to get our State Attorney General and The CDC involved. SHAME ON RENT-A-CENTER. we are trying to get this store shut down... this is a health hazard to all who rent from them. It will only spread if not taken care of now!!!
