With all the fees, forms, and credit inquiries we had to deal with for each application we submitted, we knew there had to be a better way. On top of that, Los Angeles has its own unique issues to tackle. Which areas are best to rent an apartment in? How will my commute be and more importantly, how can I avoid that infamous LA traffic I’ve heard so much about?
