Request Physical Therapy Inc. has been providing outpatient physical therapy treatment for all orthopedic pre and post operative rehabilitation since 2006.The owner was born and raised in Bradenton and has been a long time member and supporter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Specializing in spinal disorders, sports related injuries, gait and balance disorders, Women's Health, Lymphedema, The Graston Technique, LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Each of our three facilities in Manatee County has highly qualified, trained and experienced licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.
