He also was familiar with the kind of car I drove and pointed out that it sits very low to the ground. He took special care to make adjustments so that my car was protected from scraping the ground as it was being placed on the tow truck. He was very timely and even though he was running slightly later then his stated ETA (within minutes) he called to let me now he was on his way but had to stop to gather the needed materials for the adjustments on my low sitting car. Having used many other tow services in the past that were running late and left you wondering if they were still coming, this was a suprising but beneficial service.
