About us

We build large area CMOS x-ray imaging systems. These systems are typically used in scientific applications like x-ray crystallography where high detection efficiency and large dynamic range are important. Our detector systems have 100 micron x 100 micron pixels and are available with an active sensing area from 10 cm x 15 cm to 28 cm x 29 cm. They have a frame rate of up to 30 frames/sec and a maximum photon counting rate in each pixel of over 100,000 12keV photons per pixel per second.
