Same thing happened to us! We just filed complaints with the BBB, Texas Attorney Generals Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. Unless they receive enough complaints nothing will be done!

. An ad is a window to how my company conducts business and needs to reflect our quality work and ethics and Residential Marketing did not do that in the design, communication and promptness. They did not provide services or goods and they charged the CC. If you don't believe me look at over 16 complaints on BBB Texas against them...That says it all

It happened to me as well. Charged my card and did not provide. They do cold calls to convince you to advertise with them. Then they can never be contacted. Now I fight the CC company to reverse charges. So far I am out of $368.45 and hours of frustration and explanations and letters and phone calls. Be aware stay away from Residential Direct marketing
