We are not just another conventional physical therapy practice. We are certified in and use the unique McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy which goes beyond typical physical therapy. We work 1-on-1 with you teaching you personalized tools to 'self-adjust' your body resulting in valuable life-long skills to become and remain symptom free.
