Great exhibits on the history of Albany, along with the most comprehensive visitor assistance by far in Albany! The staff is outstanding and feel free to ask them anything! They have free maps, brochures, a walking tour brochure, and a great gift shop and planetarium open weekends.The Visitors' center has many items from the old Dutch period of NY as well as information on Albany life in the 1800's, and the surrounding region present day. I recommended to all my friend visits once time.

First time in Albany, needed accommodation overnight and called in to the visitor centre, all staff were very helpful and gave us as many options as we required, booked our accommodation for us, gave us advice as on which attractions were available, gave us area maps at no charge. Was quite late in the day when we visited, but were not put under any pressure to hurry with our requests.

This location is so perfectly and attractive. I have so many happy to there with my family. This place is perfect to visit with your family. There are so many attractive things are available for the kids. The breakfast buffet is good and well maintained. They are constantly bringing out fresh food. It is the best place for your relax. Staff of this hotel are very friendly behavior.
