Revenue Synergy employs a well-structured, collaborative method when it comes to shifting each client's work overseas. The first stage in this process is to learn everything there is to know about the client's business, including its objectives, goals, deadlines, performance measurements, budget limitations, and overall scope of work. This stage of the procedure is critical because it establishes the foundation for the success of the overall migration operation. After the foundation has been laid, the PLANNING stage begins. Essential KPIs, as well as the scope of work, are decided at this point. The actual job transfer to our India facility is part of the MIGRATION process.
