The practice is owned and led by board-certified nurse practitioner Lisa Perna who attended the prestigious Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. Lisa and her skilled team provide individualized patient care through addiction recovery medicine with patient-tailored detoxifications, spiritual guidance, post-withdrawal management, and medication-assisted treatment, along with treatment for chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, and more. The staff aims to display Christlike character toward every patient and help them get on a path to long-term sobriety, emotional wellness, and relational healing.
