Rgi Aviation Inc in Fairfield is A sad example of what small flight schools are becoming. While the economy does its share of damage to the industry, the ownership of this facility completes the circle. Aircraft are routinely unavailable despite being scheduled, instructors and staff have their paychecks bounce and delayed. Complete lack of effort being made to keep themselves alive.
