Robert Rice was born and raised in Angleton, Texas. He graduated valedictorian from Angleton High School and went on to attend college and law school at the University of Texas. After graduating law school at the University of Texas, he worked as a prosecutor in the Brazoria County District Attorney's office before opening his own private practice just blocks from the courthouse. Robert has been practicing criminal defense, personal injury, and a variety of other legal areas for over 42 years. Robert has expertise in a diverse array of areas, from negotiations to trial preparations and cross-examining expert witnesses.
