Ricki's Petz Mart

I have been seeing Ricki's Petz Mart for years and she has always been very informational in letting owners know what to do for their dog (s) In many cases and even saved mine twice from death. She has been in business since 1990 in Reno another words had been grooming for years. She is very nice and has always refunded any moneys due or credited the accounts without problems. She has great integrity in all areas that i has seen. If you had any problems with the dog it is because your dog was a rescue dog that was already abused badly. And there pretty much was not much you can do with this kind of dog but work with them until they get to learn the new people in their lives are not going to hurt them. I have never seen any bank as well pay over the amount you wrote on the check so that does not jive with me either. She is an awesome Groomer and Sales person and very informational every time she found something wrong with the dog (s) on what to do. And there are many people in Fernley that know this from years of seeing Ricki's Petz Mart.
