I just talked to one of the trustees for our condos. She said that they had to get rid of Riney a couple of years ago. She also said that she couldn’t tell me why, but she was telling everyone that she knows to stay away from Riney for anything. I asked her why she couldn’t tell me, but all she would say is that it is has to do with why he is no longer our management company.
I told her I’ve got a friend that’s in a condo and he thinks Riney is their company. She said that anyone who has Riney needs to make sure that Riney is not a signer on any of their accounts. She said that they don’t need to be to manage the property. Riney can manage the bills and make out checks for the trustees and bring them to a trustee to be signed once or twice a month so that the bills can be paid. This way Riney can’t take money out without trust approval or without them knowing.
