A little bit of Classic Green on my chip,
A little bit of Morita takes the dip,
A little bit of Atómica brings the heat…
Rio’s salsa trio can’t be beat.
House-made. Fresh every morning. Served with a pile of warm chips and absolutely no shame in double-dipping.

#TequilaTuesday kicks off with a legend. We’re launching a new series to spotlight the tequilas we love, and the stories behind them.
First up: Reserva De La Familia Extra Añejo, and they are celebrating their 30th anniversary!
The world’s first extra añejo, aged to perfection and presented in a limited-edition artist box by Ana Segovia.
Notes of oak, almond, vanilla, and cinnamon. It’s our founder Pat’s favorite… and he knows a thing or two about good tequila.
Ask your bartender for a pour and sip the story!

No shortcuts. Just brilliance in the basics.
Our house-made guacamole is prepared fresh throughout the day, because fresh isn’t optional, it’s essential!
Loaded with pico, cilantro, and cotija—scoop it up with chips or crunchy veggies and thank us later.

September’s first pour: Herradura Silver🌵
Fun fact: herradura means horseshoe- a lucky symbol discovered on the hacienda grounds in Amatitán, Jalisco, and stamped on every bottle for more than a century. Smooth, bright, and full of good fortune, it’s tequila with a story worth sipping. 🍀🥃
It’s also the backbone of our Silver Coin margarita! Simple, classic, always a good choice.

You can get with this... or you can get with that. But lunch just got better either way.
Patio season is calling—and so is our taco lunch combo. Now you can choose between two OR three tacos with your choice of side: rice, Rio’s famous black beans, sautéed veggies… or something else that hits just right!
Pair it with one of our cocktails, like the Ricky (topped with a Coronita), a crisp Ranch Water, or a bold Espresso Martini.
Tacos & cocktails, made for patio season.

Chorizo just made its comeback tour! Chile con queso? Check. Breakfast burrito? Say less. Queso fundido? YAS! Frozen Chorizo? Absolutely not… (we don’t do that here) The possibilities are endless, and they all taste better with chorizo—made fresh, just for you.
