Since 2006 River Rock Yoga and Pilates has been building a health & wellness community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We welcome you to try our yoga & pilates classes in Ocean Springs, as well as enjoy our yoga workshops and concerts. Since 2007, our annual yoga teacher training program has graduated over 100 yoga teachers. We invite you to support your body, mind and heart with over 20 classes each week, and our monthly community events. Our holistic approach to wellness is thoughtfully designed so that all ages and body types can benefit. Private lessons in yoga, meditation, yoga philosophy, and Pilates techniques are available.
