Postural Restoration is a form of physical therapy that seeks to maximize optimal function through repositioning, retraining, and restoring normal positions and movements. This approach coordinates appropriate breathing techniques combined with manual skills and specific exercises to normalize posture and reduce pain. Christy has received advanced training from the Postural Restoration Institute (P.R.I.). This program has proven very effective in treating most of the problems listed above, as well as many chronic conditions.
