We are Manchester's only Life Plan or Lifecare Community (CCRC) and a proud member of The RiverWoods Group family. RiverWoods is the largest, independent, not-for-profit group of CCRCs in Northern New England.
Offering Independent Living to adults 62 or better, and Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living, and Memory Support all in one continuous stream if and when needed at a cost below market rate.
The community is vibrant with a wide variety of fitness and life engagement programs.
Our innovative Flex Contract delivers healthcare coverage and preservation of assets for savvy seniors.
Choose from several floor plans of apartment homes that are newly renovated.
We are not accepting direct admit to Assisted Living at this time.
