Raised in Wilmington, I’ve experienced the real estate market first-hand. I have seen Wilmington go from a small coastal town to what it is today. It’s a great place to raise a family, grow up in and also retire too. My approach with clients buying or selling their home in the Wilmington area is very simple. It starts with customer service.
