Robert A. Iaffaldano, MD is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with advanced expertise in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions. He serves as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at MetroSouth Medical Center and Premier Vascular, LLC. Trained at Loyola and the University of Chicago, Dr. Iaffaldano performs complex procedures including angioplasty, atherectomy, stenting, and endoluminal grafting for abdominal aortic aneurysms.
