Dr. Hoff completed his medical degree, internship, junior and senior medical residencies and fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine and affiliated hospitals in Atlanta. He received his undergraduate training at Duke University in Durham, N.C. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. His professional memberships include the Medical Association of Georgia and the Medical Association of Atlanta. Dr. Hoff currently practices in Roswell, Ga. with The Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians group.
