About Dr. Castle Dr. Robert L. Castle, with Fairfax OB-GYN Associates in Fair Oaks, Gainesville, and Woodbridge, Virginia, has extensive experience treating the full range of gynecological conditions, protecting the health of women and their babies during pregnancy and delivery, and working with women to help them maintain optimal health. Dr. Castle received his Medical Degree from George Washington University and subsequently completed a four-year residency program. He is board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Castle has been in private practice in the Northern Virginia area since 1980.
