As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified mediator, and sports psychologist, I help people understand themselves and their relationships more deeply. My background as both professor and athlete shapes my approach: clear, evidence-based, and action-oriented. I use psycho-education to build insight and communication skills that create real change.
