I have never had such an awful experience with a company. Following a hail storm we needed to have a roof replaced and agreed to use Rocky Mountain Reconditioning given their BBB rating (A-) and promotional offer to pay our deductible and install additional venting on our roof at no cost to us. Let this be a warning, don't be sucked into working with this company or any company because of their 'deals'. We had nothing but poor customer service and overall poor communication from the moment we signed the contract. It took over 8 weeks to get materials, and then materials sat on our roof for 10 days before the work started. The day they were scheduled to start work, the crew no showed to our house. The correct materials were not ordered, so that delayed the work further. On the final day of roofing, due to rain, the crew left abruptly and did not clean the job site.
