**Glenn R. Roderman**
Glenn R. Roderman, originally from Port Jervis, New York, has been a South Florida resident and practicing attorney for over 50 years. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University in 1972 and was admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court (Southern District of Florida), and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1975. His extensive legal career includes serving as a state prosecutor and municipal judge in Davie and North Lauderdale, Florida.

Mr. Roderman specializes in criminal law, offering mentorship to fellow attorneys and serving as a legal analyst for ABC News Channel 10, WPLG, in Miami. He emphasizes the critical balance of education and real-world experience in legal practice. Early in his career, he managed high-profile organized crime and RICO cases, representing clients associated with figures like Meyer Lansky, using his prosecutorial background to craft strong defenses.

Respected throughout the legal community, Mr. Roderman has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV Peer Review Rating of 5.0 and is a recipient of the Barry Markman Memorial Award.

**Philip C. Johnston**
Philip C. Johnston grew up in both New York City and Florida and has resided in South Florida for over two decades. A graduate of Columbia University School of Law (2000), he began his legal career clerking for a federal judge in Miami before joining the prestigious law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York, focusing on white-collar criminal defense. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York.

In 2018, Mr. Johnston founded his own practice in West Palm Beach, successfully defending a wide range of clients, including doctors, lawyers, hedge-fund managers, and business professionals. Notable cases include dismissing felony charges against a commercial real estate attorney, resolving a high-profile child pornography case for a college student, and representing clients in unique cases such as theft of cooking oil for biodiesel production and impersonating a police officer.

Mr. Johnston also gained national attention for his involvement in the legal dispute over former President Donald Trump’s residency at Mar-a-Lago, representing the group Preserve Palm Beach. His work has been featured in *Forbes*, *The New York Times*, *Newsweek*, and *SPIEGEL.de*.
