I’m Rod Barham and I Love Taxes – I’m a Tax Pro! I’ve been preparing taxes for over 20 years. I’m an Enrolled agent. Enrolled agents (EAs) are America's Tax Experts. EAs are the only federally licensed tax preparers who also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

I have earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS by passing a three-part examination given by the IRS covering individual tax returns; business tax returns; representation, practice and procedure. All EAs are subjected to a rigorous background check conducted by the IRS.

I specialize in Small Business return of all kinds and for all types of businesses – multiple Companies – not a problem. Some of my areas of specialization:

I also hold an MBA and an MSS. As well as being an Accredited Business Accountant by the National Society of Accountants.

I study tax law all year because it’s always evolving. I usually earn 70 Continuing Education hours a year.
