Furthermore, if we have to leave to pick up a part, YOUR TIME CHARGES STOP UNTIL WE RETURN, you are only charged for the mileage during the time we are gone. Unlike other roadside services, we do not charge you for the time we are gone getting the parts you need. Our top priority is to get you back on the road fast, with superior quality repairs. For example, WE ALWAYS USE LOCK TIGHT ON 30/30 BRAKE CHAMBER LOCK RINGS, when we change a piggyback. Due to increasing fuel prices, our service area has been reduced to a 20-mile radius (it was formerly a 50-mile radius) from the center of Beloit, encompassing all or most of the following areas: Darien, Beloit, Janesville, and Rockford, as well as all points between each location, when traveling from South Beloit. For service calls outside the service area, a straight time hourly rate of $85 is charged, commencing at the time we receive the call - which is when our service is dispatched - until we return to Beloit.
