Dr. Coutinho was born in Bombay, India, and raised in El Paso, Texas. He earned his medical degree at the Ross University School of Medicine and completed the Family Practice Residency Program at Christus Spohn Memorial Medical Center. With board certification from the Spending time with his patients and positively interacting with coworkers are Dr. Coutinho's favorite part of every day on the job.
