About us
Ronnie Alas, MD, practices internal medicine and is a hospitalist. Dr. Alas earned his medical degree from Universidad Aut�noma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico. He completed his internship and residency at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach. Dr. Alas became a hospitalist because he is strongly motivated to help critically ill patients. His patients say that he is friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. He is most proud of his volunteer work in Mexico helping the underprivile , baseball, fitness training, modifying cars, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to English, he speaks Spanish.
