Rosa believes that a strong client/counselor relationship is the groundwork to the healing process. She helps clients set goals that are realistic and achievable with treatment.

Rosa graduated from Rider University with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with clients in both individual and group settings. She has experience providing case management and therapeutic services to diverse populations in varied settings including: individual treatment, group therapy, out-patient facilities, (IOP), and Drug court. Some treatment styles that Rosa uses are Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief, Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her strength base is Client Centered Therapy. She believes that it is very important the client knows that they play an important role in their own recovery. Their feelings and attitude are a big part to therapy. It is important for both client and counselor to achieve a therapeutic relationship for a successful outcome.
