Rosemarie began her academic journey at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Continuing her pursuit of excellence, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago, further augmenting her qualifications with board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
