Ross in Mira Mesa, San Diego has very poor customer service. The Manager on Duty (her tag said Frdoos) at 8 pm on March 8 was very rude when My husband and I inadvertently got in the wrong line. This middle aged, latina woman was wearing less than some bartenders; in retail perhaps better coverage would be appropriate. When asked for her supervisor, she wouldn't tell the supervisor's name. when she realized I was really going to call, she proceeded to give me a wrong number for the store! I called upon leaving and found this out so I returned and she was by the front door of the store griping loudly about us to another associate. I scolded her for that and for giving me the incorrect number and demanded she give me a store receipt with the correct number. she actually started arguing with me about the incident, speaking to me in a very unprofessional tone loudly (instead of helping the growing line), to which I replied just as loudly telling her she was being unprofessional,...
