Rothchild Catering began in a 520 square foot, 19 stool snack shop in one of Knoxville’s leading office complexes. Today, Rothchild Catering and Conference Center is a newly renovated, 60,000 square foot, premier special events facility conveniently located in West Knoxville in Tennessee.
